I just ordered the second one. I've made the maiden run of my first one that arrived last Thursday. I worked flawlessly with my Tamiya sport tunned motor on my Sakura f109. I juiced three three 5000mah (25c 40c and 50c) lipo packs back to back on an asphalt track with a 86/26 ratio and it didn't break a sweat. it wasn't even warm during the entire run. I have got it because of the cut off and it worked just fine. I definitely recommend it as a go to brushed esc to any rwd and 2S lipo cars.

I have seen people say it does not have a cutoff because they are used to brushless escs cutting off with 3.4v per cell or because this esc cuts off long after the low voltage alarm would start to buzz. As a way of precaution, I would install a low voltage buzzer.

I have the same problem, I just buy and unpacked the esc and the accelerator don’t work, i unplugged and try with other receptor and work well maybe you can try another receptor and RC remote

I don't believe it will the receiver for the Wltoys 144001 is a 3-in-1 combo so you'd need a different servo, receiver, and controller. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Engine size doesn't matter main thing bolted may but may only be operated up to 3s better only with 2s
